Well, we are at the end of another tour.
We have been home a week and have rushed into “Xmas mode” so Hawaii is already a bit of a blur ! Hopefully we will get a chance over Xmas to look back at our photos and videos and take in another great tour. Adrienne has already added an appropriate photo to her “USA photo map” to officially fill in another state.
Our daytime flight home was a bit of a novelty as all our previous return flights have been nights. We haven’t decided whether it’s better or worse – Hawaiian Airlines were “okay” but the inflight service and activity (meal choice/quality, entertainment system, general service etc) is a bit down compared to other airlines so maybe that effected things. We weren’t trying to sleep so that went well just getting home in the evening and going to bed as normal – certainly improved the jetlag.
But as this tour ends, this time we have a pretty short turnaround to our next trip – only 9 months, then back to the contiguous United States, the “Lower 48”, for our US Northwest Tour in August & September 2015.
