We like to cram a lot into our holidays and it has become a bit of a tradition now to sort of start our holiday the night before – if that makes sense ?
The “official” story is that we are making it easier on our airport chauffeur – spending the night at the airport hotel the night before so he doesn’t have to battle the peak-hour traffic at the crack of dawn.
The “real” story is that tempting bottle of champagne in the bar waiting for us so that we can toast the coming weeks and talk excitedly of our adventure ahead – the culmination of many, many months of anticipation and intricate planning !🍾🥂 Oh – and make the most of the lounge the next morning, of course 🍾🥂😂
And this time we have extra to celebrate – we are SO looking forward to seeing Simon and Jatta !!😊
